Hunter was an award-winning senior course leader for the American Management Association and is currently a contract trainer for Eli Research, B21, and Progressive Business Publications. He is a top speaker for SHRM 2004-2007 and "Speaker of the Year 2006" for Vistage. Hunter attended Tulane University in New Orleans and graduated from Iowa State University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.
